Depending on whether the salmon are concentrated or scattered we have the ability to either troll or mooch, whichever is more productive at the time. We can troll up to six rods simultaneously and we use hydraulic gurdies, the same as the commercial fishermen use. This means we can effectively troll down 300 feet.

These  Live Bait fishing charters are designed for the angler who wants to target Lingcod, Halibut, White Seabass! We start by catching our live bait and move on to known areas where Halibut, White Seabass or larger Lingcod are at.  The Captain has 47 years experience at this fishery and has a multitude of fishing spots to choose from depending on time of year, swell patterns and weather conditions.  Rockfish are NOT targeted on these trips but are occasionally caught. These trips last up to 8 hours.
