Lots of fish despite a slow bite!!

Today we had the privilege of taking a 12 year old out for his birthday party and they had a great time making memories!! Tyler and Jacob, despite never fishing before, never left the rail and held those rods the entire day!!  It was a slower bite than previous days but not realizing this until later, we let some smaller fish go early. In the end we ended up with 40 black, olive and vermilion rockfish. The weather was beautiful with lots of sun and a light breeze~perfect for sailing.. the air was a gorgeous 70′ and water was cooler at 57′. Happy Birthday Tyler, thank you for sharing it with us!!
