Salmon bite slows, Lingcod appears to be the golden ticket!!

Initially our bachelor party wanted salmon but due to the high volume of commercial salmon fishing the bite really slowed. (Expected to pick up next week) So we decided to go out and hit the deep rockfish grounds. We caught some beautiful lingcod to 18 lbs and quality copper rockfish. Tried for salmon on our way home with no luck but tomorrow is another day. Water temp 53.8 air 64.
