Slow day for Bluefin, amazing day for whale show

We had a little trouble making bait in the morning as it wasn’t in our regular spot, done by 8:00, got to our grounds by 8:30. Once there we were in a three mile wide area stock full of whales, birds, dolphins, seals and sharks along with a random tuna or two. Honestly, pretty boring the first half of the day. Then all of a sudden the weather changed, saw some lightning strikes and the pea soup fog rolled in. Bait, birds, whales, along with tuna came together to play around our boat. The anchovies found refuge under our vessel and the whales were bubble feeding the anchovies under our boat.  This became a tad interesting and provided the most insane and exhilarating show we have ever witnessed.   It was an amazing day!
