Lots of bait, birds and whales but slow bite on Salmon..

It was a beautiful day on the Bay today with tons of bait, birds and whales. We instantly boated a 10lb salmon and released a short. The next few hours were spent driving around where at around 1:00pm we got a couple more bites in which we released due to being short. The air was 70′ while water at 54′.
